
Co-founder
of the firm, Mr. Roth is a lawyer with 30 years experience in
medical malpractice and personal injury cases. In some of Florida's
most hard fought cases he has demonstrated his strength of conviction,
legal skill, and formidable knowledge by winning verdicts and
obtaining favorable settlements for his clients.
Mr.
Roth is a recognized leader of the prestigious Florida Justice
Association. As a member of the FJA, he serves Florida's citizens
by engaging in the state's political process with both defensive
and proactive activities aimed at protecting individual citizen's
rights. He works with Florida's lawmakers to ensure that state
laws uphold these rights. In 2003, FJA bestowed on Mr. Roth
the Perry Nichols Award which is the most significant and prestigious
award it gives recognizing a carrier dedicated to the Association,
its members, and the citizens of Florida.
Serving
FJA in many capacities, he has been on the Board of Directors;
became an officer 1996 - 1997; and its President in 1999 - 2000.
As President of the organization, Neal guided the FJA activities
into the new millennium. He co-chaired the Association's Medical
Liability Committee and defending the rights of malpractice victims
to receive just compensation for their losses.
Because
of his dedication to the FJA, his legal acuity, and his winning
trial record, Mr. Roth has been a frequent guest lecturer to various
professional groups, including physicians, hospital administrators,
nurses, as well as other lawyers. He frequently appears on television
news programs.
Although
Mr. Roth's law practice is demanding of his time, his strong sense
of community has led him to be actively engaged in a great number
of civic organizations and philanthropic undertakings.
