Natasha Cortes joined the firm in 1998 as a law clerk. She was honored to be asked to become an associate upon graduating in 2000 with honors from the University of Miami School of Law at age 22. She is a Miami native and is proud to be the firm's youngest Hispanic female lawyer.

Mrs. Cortes practices in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death and complex personal injury matters and in her young career has already played an integral role in obtaining multi-million dollar settlements. She shares the firm's commitment to its clients and brings her dedication and knowledge of information technology to each and every case she works on.

Mrs. Cortes fulfills her commitment to helping others by volunteering her legal services to the families of victims of the 911 tragedy through her affiliation with Trial Lawyers Care, Inc. She also is a founder of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida and serves as Secretary. She also is an active member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL) local chapter where she helped implement and administrate their e-mail membership directory as well as the Cuban American Bar Association.
